Babylegetøjet bliver ligesom dukkerne stadig produceret i Tyskland af de bedste naturlige materialer. De anvender blandt andet fåreuld, mohair, bomuld og pelse fra ged og lam, alt sammen uden farlige kemikalier.

Käthe Kruse anvender kun tekstiler, der er behæftet med Öko-Tex 100 certifikatet.

The thread is either natural or dyed with chemical-free, naturally reactive colors, free of heavy metals and organic halogens. When mechanically equipping the thread, no chemicals are used.

Biodynamical cultivated cotton is an excellent raw material for the consistently ecological doll series from Käthe Kruse."
